This policy explains how Pikazord ("we", "us") handles information in this website and in the applications we operate, including Clipwire Uploader, an internal tool that publishes short videos to YouTube channels owned by Pikazord.
Information we collect
- Website: details you send through our contact or careers forms (name, email, message) and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited).
- Clipwire Uploader and Google user data: when the channel owner signs in with Google, the application receives an OAuth token for the scopes the owner approves:
youtube.upload(to upload videos to the owner's own channel) andyoutube.readonly(to read the channel's own video statistics such as views and likes).
How we use Google user data
- Upload videos that the channel owner has reviewed and approved.
- Read view and like counts of those uploaded videos to report performance to the channel owner.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as required by law. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored only on the channel owner's own computer, in a file readable by that user alone, and are never uploaded to our servers. Website form submissions are delivered to our team by email.
Retention and deletion
You can revoke Clipwire Uploader's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the locally stored token then stops working and is deleted. To ask us to delete any information you sent through the website, email us.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
